I have Xfinity triple play want to set up Nomorobo for my home phone. I follow instructions to go to "settings" in my Xfinity account. However, I do not see a link for "Advanced Phone Forwarding" as directed in the instructions. Where can I find that tab/link?

they are a little out of date, or just plain wrong.
In step 5, the Advanced Call Forwarding field of which they speak is actually under the Call Forwarding tab on the left hand side of the page.
But if I recall correctly, when I signed up a few weeks ago I didn't have to do any of that step 5 stuff. It was done automagically by Nomorobo when I signed up on their website. I did go in and change the number of rings, but that was only because I'm using my own answering machine instead of their voicemail. But it would still be a good idea to go in there and see if things are set up right when you're done on their site and the test works.

I've had it for about a month now and am pretty satisfied with it as well. I've only had a couple of calls get through that it didn't know to block, and I reported them to Robonomo.
They make it fairly easy to report -- just go to https://www.nomorobo.com/dashboard.
I keep a shortcut to it on my desktop to make it even easier.
