We have the same problem although we did get through to Comcast. They said it might take a week to get it working again. That was over two months ago. Stiill not working.
Same problem here. I had to renew my package with a new 24 month agreement. Everything is the same as I had on the last package. But my caller ID doesn't show on the TV now. It's selected on the settings, as it always was. But the caller ID still doesn't show. I called Comcast and was told it's enabled and should be working. I told him it's NOT working. He said sometimes it takes 24 hours to work. I then explained it's been two days and it's still not working. He said to give it some more time and it should work. It's now been 4 days and still not working. I've refreshed both the TV box and the modem, and it did no good. I suppose I'll have to go through anther round of frustration getting through to a live person, and then just hope whoever I talk to can actually resolve the problem.
When Comcast installed my Xfinity phone service they cut my landline. My phone only works if the Internet is on. I can't use noborobo because there is no landline and I only get Anonymous and Private Caller calls ALL THE TIME too, so I'm thinking, maybe they cut your landline.
