First comcast added a phone line without my authorization, then when I requested that the additional phone line be removed, Comcast removed my main phone line, then the additional line. I had the original line restored, but lost all my call history/settings etc. Now the line will not update any call history at all going forward. Has anyone had this issue?
dontal, I'm assuming the call history was lost because the line was removed and then readded. I'd be happy to take a look at some troubleshooting to see if we can get them back. Please send me a private message with your full name and account number for help.
