My mom recenty moved and transferred service

She had the x1 service with phone. Xfinity couldn't port her phone number, which I understand.  Her old phone number now says it is disconnect. She's 83 and the old phone number is important to her.  Is here a way to place a recording announcing the new phone number.  I remember years ago AT&T used to have that service.
