12/12/17 UPDATE: Call History is available this morning.
Same issue! Receive the following message when clicking on "Call History" on Voice page: "Your call history is empty."
Running WIndows 10 Fall Creators Edition, IE11. Same results with Chrome browser, Edge browser and Xfinity Connect App on mobile device. Yes, I cleared my cache and cookies.
