Hello- I have been on the phone with Comcast agents for the last hour and half trying to obtain a letter or email outlining the features of my telephone package. Initially I had the unlimited phone package and had to switch to a package with less features and all I need is something in writing from Comcast stating exactly what this features are. Each representative has advised me that they cannot provide that information which is unbelievable! I must have this document and will be forced to disconnect the service provided I’m unable to obtain it. Is there someone who can assist with this matter?
