Just installed Xfinity voice today. I can make outgoing calls. However, I don’t receive any incoming calls. Phone doesn’t ring, and there is no other indication that someone is calling.
Which model modem did you switch to? I switched to the Netgear CM500V, and my internet speed is half of what it used to be. Xfinity reps say that it's an inside cabling issue and want to charge me $60 to have someone look at it. That makes no sense because all I did was swap out modems.
