HELP! No Voicemail service for my ported number!

I'm at the end of my rope...  coming from t-mobile, while porting, Xfinity sales LOST my number for two days.  When they got it back, assigned to my new phone (2 days later), I have no voicemail service! 

 

Have called and called Xfinity tech support 6X and been back in the retail store twice.  It's been TWO WEEKS...No one at this company can fix the problem.  It's like they've never encountered this problem that THEY caused.  Now, no will return my calls and they look at me and shrug when I go into the store.  Can anyone help??

FYI...two weeks later, Tier 3 finally fixed the problem.  Apparently it's not a well known issue: my number hit a snag during the porting process and the voicemail box needed to be "rebuilt", not "re-provisioned" as so many other support personnel claimed.  If this happens to you, please be aware and save yourself a TON of time.
