For some reason, my account shows a 2nd phone number that i do not recognize. How do I remove it and find out if I have been charged for it?

Good to know. I spent over an hour on the phone with Comcast, spoke to FIVE different employees and never had any resolution. Extremely frustrating! (20+ years as a customer!)
