Disable Voicemail and Call Waiting

Hello,


I need to disable voicemail and call waiting on my Xfinity voice service. I work from home and need all features disabled. I have contacted support several times - by phone  and chat - and they tell me it's disabled - but it is NOT!

 

When calling my number it will ring 4-5 times and a message will come on saying "the mailbox number you are trying to reach is not in service. good bye". The same message also comes on when the line is in use.

 

I need my phone to ring busy when in use and it to ring normally when unanswered. Can someone help me?

Hello, Limongi. Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. I apologize to hear that the phone doesn't just ring and there is no busy tone when someone calls while you are on the phone.
