I am new user and I am wondering which are the compatible telephone sets or phone devices for home use.

Thanks, so pretty much any phone cordless , corded, and voip will work for comcast. 

Is comcast service Voip + digital / analog ?

Yes, I'd say most phones work with Comcast. It's better quality than VOIP, in that it doesn't traverse the open internet, it's on a managed private network The quality is as good or better than the POTS analog landlines.
