Comcast Voice Portal Issues

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the Comcast Voice Portal. We are aware that you may not be able to make changes in the manual services on the Comcast Voice Portal.Technicians are aware of the issue and are working toward resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to restore service. 

 

Some customers may still be experiencing an issue with their Comcast Phone settings. We apologize for the inconvenience as our teams work hard to fix. Please continue to check back here for more updates.

 

Update: Almost all customers should be able to use their Comcast Phone service as normal. We appreciate your patience as we worked to fix.

I still DO NOT have my voicemail @ my home phone, what is wrong?
