Caller id

I have Comcast phone service. When a phone call came in the caller ID would come across my TV screen, but now doesn’t. How do I get it back? Thank you!

The information on this page  starts out for non-X1 boxes but does have a link at the top of the page to use to get to information on how to do it on X1 boxes, so hopefully one or the other will help you out depending upon which service you have with Comcast.

I have caller ID and two days ago it quit working.Would you tell me how to get it back?

If the above does not help, call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR to ensure the CallerID Rate Code is active on your account.
