Caller Id not appearing on tv

The XFINITY Voice is set to ON in the Settings/Preferences/Notification, but the caller ID is not displayed on my TV when I get a called. I just moved and at the old place It did appear, but not at the new place.

Since you moved, the new account may not have had the same settings applied correctly.... call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and ask the CSR to ensure that your account reflects CallerID and that the proper RATE CODE is active on your account.
