Call History Empty

Recently ported in a existing landline # to replace existing/original xfinity assigned number. 

 

Seems like everything is working (inbound/outbound/voicemail/text/Voice2Go) except call history, which remains "empty" even after I have placed/received calls.    It seemed to work fine with the original number that has been replaced, but not with the new.
