Volumes of Touchscreen

 

The other day my Touchscreen was noticable louder. I have always had volumes set to 7 but it was never loud enough, until the update that is. This morning I seen my Touchscreen took another update, and as I opened the door it was back to not being able to hear again. Why were we given a good loud volume for once to then have it taken away so soon? Will we get the ability to have the loud volume again?

I had the exact same issue with my touchscreen. I was able to try this work about but found that it only works with certain versions of the touchscreen. Please try this and let me know if it works for you too.

 

1) set alarm to arm away
2) while arming countdown in process press volume rocker switch (right side of TS)
3) make sure volume increases/decreases with "media volume"
4) Rocker volume will not increase the volume until "media" volume is first set.
5) Media volume can only be accessed when system is "chiming" during countdown

ComcastChe!  I experienced the exact same problem after the TS update...followed your directions and I now have sounds coming from my TS again.  Thank you!
