Touchscreen not counting down

Touchscreen no longer counts down if alarm entered on keypad.  It only counts down if alarm entered on touchscreen.  This new bug (feature?) started week of August 28, 2017.

That is definitely not by design. I just tested arming from my own keypad, and then went over to the Touchscreen to confirm that it was counting down - and it was.

Can you try rebooting the Touchscreen and then giving it another shot?

You may need to call in for support so we can check some things from our end if that doesn't do the trick.

When I am in the big green READY circle touchscreen mode, it does not count down if I set it to Night or Stay from the keypad.  If touchscreen is  in another mode, it does countdown.

This problem of not counting down is still an issue.  This issue occurs if the touchscreen is in the HomeScreen and I set the alarm on the keypad.
