Replacement or New Window Sensors

Due to getting new replacement windows in my home, I'd like to replace the old Xfinity Home sensors supplied by Xfinity at original install, about 2 years ago (the window installers ripped them off the old windows, and they're looking a little rough / won't adhere well to new windows). Is there an easy way to do this, or is it required to go through Xfinity to order and have them install? When I say I'm looking for an easy way to DIY...Easy meaning: can I purchase on my own a brand/model which will pair with Xfinity without the order and install appointment hassle? If yes, anybody have experience and recommendations for what to buy?

not trying to break any rules, just really want to get this done quickly, without an install appointment and what I expect is a high markup cost to buy from Xfinity 😊

thanks in advance!
