My touchscreen says low battery but the Technician who installed my system said it was a firmware problem. Until I get the firmware update from Comcast it will keep happening. How do I shut off the alert beep for this?

You can press the alert bar on the top right part of the screen. It will change over to the trouble screen and you can press the "Ok" button and it will acknowledge the trouble error and it will go away.

"Panel interface low battery" is the one that can be cleared by a firmware update. You would still need a tech to visit to try a work around, then he would put in the request for a firmware push if that didn't clear it.
"Touchscreen low battery" would refer to the screen and a tech visit is necessary
