Moved - after 2 chats and 3 phone calls - still cannot access new system.

I recently moved.  Used the Xfinity Movers service and after 6 phone calls - finally got the order in to get me moved.

 

While my security system (and other 3 Xfinity services) were installed yesterday - when I attempt to access Xfinity Home service via the web portal or the app - it still attempts to connect to my old home cameras etc... (says no power etc...)   The home home "controller" is connected - I can see the cameras, turn lights on and off etc... but still cannot access them via the web portal or app.

 

Do you have any suggestions how to do this?   I have had 2 unsuccessful chats (over 2 hours wasted) and 2 phone calls (over 1.25 hours wasted) in Comcast/Xfinity "tech support" to fix this.
