Limited MyQ Rules. More coming?

Currently MyQ only allows notification of garage door motion (up/down/staying open).   There was discussion on another thread that additional rules (MyQ turning on a Lutron Caseta-controlled light) would arrive before the end of 2016.  It's now March 2017, I was wondering if we can get some sort of update.

At this point, my only remaining option seems to be to remove the Lutron Hub and replace it with the Wink 2 (which can talk to both Lutron and Chamberlin MyQ).

Disappointing that "Works with XFINITY" means so few features.

Re: Limited MyQ Rules. More coming?

I am hoping for the release of additional rules soon too.

There is another option though at least for the Garage Door situation...

I installed two door/window sensors on my Garage Doors. That then allowed me to set up more robust rules around those sensors, not just the MyQ Garage door system.

I don't have Lutron lights, but I do believe you can set Rules for door/window sensors to turn on/turn off Lutron lighhts.

Re: Limited MyQ Rules. More coming?

I was hoping avoid having to put the combo sensors on my garage doors but I'm about ready to do that given the lack of rules for Chamberlain. Anything I should be aware of?

Re: Limited MyQ Rules. More coming?

Any updates?

The integration between Lutron and XFINITY is so slow that it takes between 4-7 seconds after a door opens for a light to come on.  (e.g. open the front door, 5 seconds later the foyer light comes on).  It's not very useful.

If I wanted the light in the mudroom to go on when I was coming in from the garage, I'd need to set the "turn on" on the garage door.  To trigger a light off the garage door, I'd have to add XFINITY sensors in addition to the Chamberlain sensors I already have.

It's been a long time since new rules were added to the app.
