I am having this same problem - the constant emails are driving me crazy! When I go into my "rules" it is listed as a rule, but there is no option to turn it off like there is for the other rules - only the option to "edit automation contacts". Is there REALLY no way to stop these emails?
Apologies for these unwanted emails. We are working on a fix that will allow you to disable these notification rules from the mobile app. It will be available mid to late Dec. I will provide an update as soon as it is available.
Has there been any progress on this yet? I cannot change my e-mail alert or disable the smart rule. It only allows me to add new rules which I don't want to do if I can never stop them. Update please. Thank you.
You should be able to enable, disable, or delete the default rule that will email you when you arm / disarm your security system. The rules will appear on your mobile app. From there you can disable or delete them.
Irene or whoever can help me: I DO WANT THE EMAIL ALERTS and they are going to spam even though I mark them as not spam. It worked fine when I first got the security home system installed for a month or so and then started doing what I have described above. I have called Comcast 4 times and they keep saying they will get back to me and never do. How can I fix this? Joe B
