Anyone's home security volume fixed??

The other night the touchscreen was going bonkers with lights, I guess updating. But STILL nothing! I have absolutely no volume whatsoever for alerts. When will this be really fixed?? It hasn't worked right since Sunday. I can't safely use the security system because if it's set and someone comes home they won't hear that it was activated.
