Post Indicators

 With the launch of the 2018 Xfinity Forum redesign there have been some recent changes to our Post Indicators we want to ensure everyone knows what changed.

Pinned Posts

 

Pinned posts indicate important information typically found at the top of the list of posts on a board view

Purple Pin Indicator (right of post title on board view)

Grey Bar Indicator

(left of the post title on board view)

Answered Posts

 

Answered posts indicate when a question has an answer

Green Check Mark Indicator (found in the upper right of the post on board view)

Escalated Posts

 

Escalated posts indicate when a post has been brought to the attention of our Forum Engagement Team for immediate assistance.

Red Bull Horn Indicator

Red Exclamation Point and “ESCALATED” Indicator

Locked Posts

 

Locked posts indicate when a post has been “locked” and can no longer accept replies

Blue Lock Indicator

Grey Lock and “LOCKED” Indicator

(found in upper right of the post on board view)

Read/Unread Posts

 

This indicator lets you know if you have read a post previously or if the post is still unread by you.

Bold font for post titles if the post is unread.

 

Unbold font for post titles if the post is read.

Blue bar indicating when a post is unread. 

*Note*: This blue bar disappears once the post has been read by you. 

               

 

Badges

 

06.png   Replies  -  Received for replying to posts.
07.png   Topics  -  Received for posting a new topic/question.
08.png   Best Answers  -  Received for having your reply marked as the Best Answer to a post.
09.png   Kudos  -  Received for receiving Kudos from the community.
