xfinity connect screen

xfinity connect screen

When I log on to view my email, I frequently see a blue Xfinity connect screen. After typing my logon information (address & password) I ALWAYS see the following message: A required service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. SRV-0001.
Sometimes it jumps immediately to my email. At other times I need to start from scratch and log on again.
I have never been stopped from reading my mail but don't understand why I frequently see this extra screen which seems to NEVER work.

I've been told to use https://xfinityconnect.mail.comcast.net/ but I get the same result.

(I am using FireFox)

Try using https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite instead.

I followed the instruction in the previous answer and tried logging on with https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite. It sometimnes works and takes me directly to my email.

 

Most of the time I still see the non-funtioning blue Xfinity connect screen. I would not mind seeing tht screen if it worked but it always gives me an error message (A required service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. SRV-0001) . That is why I want to avoid seeing it altogether.

@susanr9999 - Apologies for this issue, what happens if you try to refresh the page? Have you tried to use a different browser just for testing purposes?

I tried using Explorer - it worked - no non-funtional sign up screen appeared.  (I only logged on this way twice but so far so good)

I get the exact same message on my Samsung Galaxy 5. Any idea how to fix it?
