How can I stop attachments from coming in as zipped files. Only happens if there are more than one attachment. Really is more trouble then it's worth.

The file type is controlled by the sender.  There is no way I know of for you to change that as the recipient,

If you are asking about webmail, and if the files were not sent as .zip files, if you open the message and click "View" (between "n attachments" and "Download") you can scroll through the attachments and use the download link in each one to save them individually.

Yes, to webmail. I will give it a try. Used to be able to do it from "download or the image" but that stopped about 6-9 months ago. Thanks.

Best solution. Have used this several times and seems to solve the problem.
