Many times I need to do a search for a trashed email and yet, Comcast's server shows hardly any older emails. I thought my setting was correct. Help?
Do you mean you want to find a message you had deleted? Are you still in the old email format or the new one? To tell, look at the URL in the address bar. If it says Zimbra you are in the old one, if it says Appsuite you are in the new one.
In the new format, Spam is stored for 7 days or 2,000 messages, whichever comes first, and Trash is stored for 14 days or 5,000 messages, whichever comes first. If the message you are looking for is older than that, you should be able to find it using the Recover Deleted Items feature. For information on the "Recover Deleted Items" feature, see here---------
