why does all of my incoming emails go directly to spam?

You could go into your settings and disable the Spam filter, but you would be better to call Comcast security and see why this is happening.  Also, did you check to see if you have a filter set up to direct email to the Spam filter?  On the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page, then on Settings>>>>>Filter Rules.
