When I try to watch xfinity videos linked from the xfinity home page I keep getting a message that says a web page is slowing down my browser, and I am given the option to wait or stop it. If I wait, nothing ever happens. If I stop it, I can't watch anything. The only web page I have open is the xfinity page. What can I do to fix this?
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser. Also, if you have any extensions running in your browser, try disabling them and see if the problem goes away.
