I am receiving spam emails that seem to be coming from my email address, to my email address.  I have changed my comcast password, but this is still continuing.  Please advise as to my next step.

First, check your Sent folder to see if there is anything in there you know you didn't send.  If it looks OK, most likely what is happening is that a spammer is "spoofing" your email address.  They can make it look like emails are coming from you when they aren't.  If that is the case, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.  Usually spammers will use an address for a couple of weeks or so then move on to annoy someone else.  You should find this interesting--------------------
