spam folder problems

Why do items I have marked as " Not Spam" keep showing up in my spam folder? This has been happening for quite awhile. I keep marking certain emails as "not spam" and they keep reappearing there. Never happened before Xfinity "improved" their Inbox page. Any suggestions?

No suggestions as I am having the same issue (although marking them "not spam" seems to help  eventually.)  I regularly get emails routed to the spam folder from senders whose emails have previously been accepted.  I also get 3-5 emails per day that contain only links and are obviously spam that pass through the Comcast filters.  My Outlook client almost always recognizes them as spam and routes them to the junk folder.
