Hello! Our email service has been extremely frustrating as it is very slow and constantly freezes giving us a "wait" sign almost with every move we try to make. We are almost ready to cancel comcast which has been a service we have used for years!!
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser. See if this improves the situation.
