Whwn I send an email they are not saved in the sent folder. Preferences are set correctly. Where are they?
Have you checked your Preference settings in the Compose tab as well as in the E-Mail Deletion Schedule tab in the E-mail tab? After making any changes to preferences, you must click on save in the upper left hand corner too. Then close & re-open your browser.
