Can anyone tell me why synchronizing folders for my incoming mail gets hung up for hours? Again today I have no incoming emails since 9:30 am. When I hit send/receive and follow the progress, all the folders get completed EXCEPT for my incoming main account. It shows progress and gets hung up and will say' synchronizing' for 10 minutes and then stop trying. I'm using the newest Outlook however even if I log into xfinity to get my email it doesn't show any email since this morning. This happens all the time so I know eventually it will release but it is so frustrating when you are waiting for an important response!
