I open the Xfinity homepage and click on the email icon at the top right hand side of the screen. When I click on the icon it takes me to the page that says "Site cannot be reached."
It also says "the server IP Address could not be found" on the page it takes me to after I click on the email icon.
Having the same problem. It's disappointing that no one's gotten back to you. 😕
