not receiving emails

not receiving emails

Months ago i stopped getting emails from a lender we use.....they told me to put the address on a white list....i have zero idea what that means, so i found a work around and their emails now go to my old Yahoo address.....but now today for 2 days i am not getting emails being forwarded to me and i need these.....So, is there something called a Safe or White list and if so, how do i get to it?

Xfinity Connect does NOT have a white list.

You should call Comcast security to see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain---------------------
