not receiving attachment in emails

When I receive a group email, I do not receive the attachment that was sent. We have determined it is only comcast customers that do not receive the attachment. All others in the group receive it. What do I need to do to receive the attachment?

What kind of file is it, and how big is it?

It’s the same size attachment I have been receiving for 2 years from the same person. All of a sudden I get the email but no attachment. It is a weekly newsletter sent to about 30 people. Only those with Comcast Internet do not receive the attachment.

Then the only thing I can suggest is that you call Comcast security and see if they are being blocked for some reason-----------------------
