I sometimes use a Toshiba with windows Vista in my home but havent used it for a few months. when I tried to access my email today I am unable to get anything except the home screen. Also there is a display telling me that my Norton has expired??? Ission from a customer service specialist that it was an automatic feature thru my Comcast account.
When you are on the homepage, what happens when you click on the envelope icon-----------anything? Are you getting any error message? Are you using an older version of Internet Explorer?
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
