network blocking a specific website

I am being suddenly blocked from a specific website (h2owirelessnow.com). When I asked the MS Community (which has always been helpful), there comment was that either I was blocking the site or (more likely) that my network was blocking the website. I have tried using Edge, IE 11, Chrome, Opera and Firefox with the same result. Using TOR, however, allows access.

If this blocking is being done by my network or I.S.P. how do I get it change?

If this is not being done by my network or I.S.P. can anyone suggest how I can get this fixed.

This is the only website that is being affected.

Thanks for any help .

I can reach the site. When one customer cannot reach a site but others can, it usually means the site is blocking that customer's public Comcast IP. You might try asking the site's admins for help with this. You can look up your IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=IP.

According to https://www.h2owirelessnow.com/mainControl.php?page=about,

H2O Wireless is owned by Locus Telecommunications ( http://www.locustelecom.com ), and Locus is a subsidiary of KDDI ( http://global.kddi.com/ ). Maybe one of them can get H2O's attention?

I have not been able to get the situation resolved as yet. I have received no responses from my emails to the corporate listing. I will let you know if this changes.
