my other user account need to reset password again

this is  user joe here at this forum

two times this week i got a message i need to reset password.

this message only works in a some browsers .

first is this from comcast.?

second. is my vpn causing this? it jump from place to place each day

I am locked out of my other account again.

i have two step  verification on as well as phone and other email  contact.

i called and he said someone will call me .that what in the computer
