my other user account need to reset password again

this is  user joe here at this forum

two times this week i got a message i need to reset password.

this message only works in a some browsers .

first is this from comcast.?

second. is my vpn causing this? it jump from place to place each day

i have two step  verification on as well as phone and other email  contact.

Same thing is occuring to me right now for my primary Comcast email account after having a similar but WAY worse problem several months ago with my secondary but preferred email account - trying to log in via my browser shows that "reset PW, we detected a security issue", and my email app keeps asking me to confirm my username and PW but won't accept them until I change the webmail PW - this is driving me nuts!

i still do not know what happen.

my best idea was norton vpn was on when i sign in.
