my folders and emails from my inbox are gone from the server

I just got a notice on Feb.16th that my xfinity email has been updated and no soon after that all of my emails from my inbox and the folders I created are now gone from my server prior to that date. I don't have an account with comcast anymore, but was allowed to still use the email service and years of important emails are no longer there since Feb. 16th. I only log onto the Xfinity website and/or the app progammed on my Android phone to retrieve my mail. I've looked everywhere to try and find them. What can be done to retrieve them? Also did anyone else get multiple notices of this change or any actions that were required prior to the migration of the new xfinity update? I hope some one can help me. I really need my emails returned back to me.

Are the missing emails in sub-folders, or in the Inbox?  Do you see any black arrowheads to the left of any folders you can see?  If so click on them and see if the missing items reappear.

No...it's not there. I called Comcast and at first one of the agents acted like I was crazy about the lost emails and was semi-rude. But I called again and I found out I wasn't the only whose entire emails from the day Comcast made their update on Feb. 15th/16th to when I first had Xfinity connect email 10 years ago was completely erased. The Supervisor claimed that IT is supposedly working on it but it's not guaranteed they can retrieve the lost emails, but will let me know if they do. First, I feel like I'm getting the runaround and they are just saying something to try and without actually doing anything. Second, I'm the one and other customers had to call about this problem. Comcast didn't notify us. Third, why can't they retrieve my emails? They are responsible for this! I mean 10 years worth of valuable personal and business emails gone because they did something to the email server. What is my next step? This is not acceptable!
