I just got a notice on Feb.16th that my xfinity email has been updated and no soon after that all of my emails from my inbox and the folders I created are now gone from my server prior to that date. I don't have an account with comcast anymore, but was allowed to still use the email service and years of important emails are no longer there since Feb. 16th. I only log onto the Xfinity website and/or the app progammed on my Android phone to retrieve my mail. I've looked everywhere to try and find them. What can be done to retrieve them? Also did anyone else get multiple notices of this change or any actions that were required prior to the migration of the new xfinity update? I hope some one can help me. I really need my emails returned back to me.
Are the missing emails in sub-folders, or in the Inbox? Do you see any black arrowheads to the left of any folders you can see? If so click on them and see if the missing items reappear.
