Since comcast updated their email platform recently we receive the same email multiple times. All sent at the same time or a minute apart. Not necessarily junk emails .How do we remedy receiving the same email multiple times? This isue began about the time Comcast sent out their platform change email tous a month or so ago.
How are you accessing your email? Using only a browser and the webmail interface, or a desktop client like Outlook or Thunderbird? Or are you using a mobile device or what? Does this happen with all incoming emails or only from certain sources?
