Same thing here in Huntsville, Alabama. It has been happening for at least several hours now.
No matter what I select, Inbox, Spam, etc. nothing is loaded.
Eventualy it times out and I get the error "Error: Failed to load messages."
Me too, exact issue. I'm in California. Was just on the phone with Comcast, he said he knew of no widespread issues and was troubleshooting my account when we got disconnected. They really need to do better with maybe posting on this site here if there is current email issue so we know "it's not just me." I had been on hold waiting for a rep to answer for quite some time which is unusual for this time of the night so I'm sure there are others with the same issue. I'm not calling back and will just wait. Pretty tired of this though. Nobody likes to work on a work deadline on a weekend night, Comcast problems just make it even cruddier.
