How are you accessing the email? With only your browser and the webmail interface? Or with a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird? If only the webmail, did you check to see if you have the spam filters enabled? On the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and then on Settings>>>>>>>.Advanced settings. There you will see the option to turn it on or off.
And I only access my comcast email through the app.
But you still need to check the spam setting by going into Settings in the account. You can't do that using only the app.
