I logged out of my father in law comcast email account and now it will not display the red email number when I log him back in and keep him logged in. I have seen the question on other forums but no answer to the question. Please help me!
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
