I have had my Comcast.net emails forwarded to my work email address for years. Recently, I stopped recieving emails at work from my Comcast email account. This started around January 6, 2018. Can anyone explain why? Better yet, can someone direct me to the place on the Xfinity email page that allows me to forward all emails to an address automatically?
Assuming you are in the new email format, on the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page, then on Settings. Under Mail you will see "Auto forward". Click on that and follow the prompts.
