Fixed this, I had to zoom way out of my screen to see that the folder window had been resized super wide.
When I log into my account and see my emails, I don't see any folders. I see the "show folders' link at the bottom, and when I click it, I see my folders, but no emails (it's as if the folder window is really wide). Pictures below. The first one is my inbox, if I click "show folders" I see the second one. I've tried this on two different computers, cleared my cache, restarted, used different browsers, etc. My other account looks fine when I log in.
Interestingly, when I went to live chat and was presented with an "access email' button, and I click it, it all works (third and forth picture)
