Emails from my work Microsoft exchange server no longer come through when I'm on my home wifi network. Although one older MacBook running osx 10.9.5 still works for email. Windows pcs work for email. gmail and yahoo accounts work on all devices. Mail comes into the devices when I switch to cell data. What changed and how can I fix it?
On the Mac, are you using Mac Mail or Thunderbird, or some other client? If so, disable the account in it, and access your email only with the webmail interface. Can you see the work emails that way?
Thanks for your reply Latoque. I would prefer not to disable Mac Mail as it works well everywhere else. Just not on my home network. It worked fine for years and then about two months ago stopped. Every now and then email will start coming through again but then stop. It also started blocking remote desktop access to my work PC on Mac but lets Windows PCs connect. It seems that it's a security setting on my router somewhere.
