When I click on links in my email, I can't got there. It just sits and does nothing. I have to manually go to their website. My neighbor who is also an Xfinity customer is having the same problem. What's the problem Xfinity?
Are you using Chrome? If so, this is a known issue right now. Until it's fixed, try right-clicking on the link and then open it in another window or tab. Or, use another browser. But also see here----------
