If it went to an email address that doesn't exist, you should have gotten a bounce message. But if you didn't, it just went to oblivion.
Am I thinking correct here there is no comcast.com only comcast.net for email
There is Xfinity.com. It's a website, not an email address. @Comcast.net is the email accounts.
Thank you that is what I thought but wanted to make sure. I am surprised that the email didn't bounce back at the time it was sent. but then again is was for my grandaughters college payment. So maybe no bounce backs when you make payments. I do have the receipt so all is well
